Warning! Following text contains plot details and may spoil the storyline.

Mr. Thomas is informing the students that Gnarly Woods will be getting visited by Razzy, a famous rater. He wants to make sure the school looks presentable for the visit, but he isn't given much time to get started, when Milo spots Razzy approaching. Everyone quickly greets him and Mr. Thomas explains that they were planning on giving him a tour- but Razzy seems more interested in exploring on his own with his video camera. Cynthia and her cousins perform a cheer routine for him and he takes off after giving her an autograph in return.

Everyone waits for Razzy's return, and they get worried seeing him now covered in water and in a poor mood. Someone sprayed him and he refuses to stay anywhere that makes him feel unwelcome. This makes them worry that he will give Gnarly Woods a poor rating. Alfred quickly thinks to ask him where he was attacked, and Razzy points out the area before Mr. Thomas assures him that nobody there would do such a thing. Alfred convinces him to stay there if he can solve the mystery and Razzy agrees.

Alfred, Milo and Camille head off to the crime scene to find multiple water puddles. Alfred collects a sample of the water using Milo's shirt, which got doused after he opened the camera Razzy was using. Camille is disappointed they can't watch the video for any possible evidence but Milo doesn't think all hope is lost, leading them back to Hedgequarters. He manages to fix the camera, allowing them to look at the contents within it. They start the recording, where Razzy begins with a great review for Gnarly Woods, just before the water sprays him. Alfred picks up a grumbling sound and the trio listen, then they decide to update Mr. Thomas.

They return to school to discover that Mr. Thomas lent Razzy one of his suits for him to wear until his clothing dries. Alfed explains the noise heard in the video, but suddenly Polly runs over frantic. She was in the middle of making a Lemon Pie when someone ruined it by spraying water at her. Razzy, seeing this as offensive, decides to leave and Alfred asks Polly to take them to where this happened. They come back to the same spot Razzy claims he was attacked and Milo picks at the pie remains. They notice it's soaked in cold water and determine this is a clue.

Back at the Hedgequarters, Alfred reveals that the white foamy water is calcium. He does some info digging and they rush back to school to update everyone. They find Razzy is unwilling to come outside now, only agreeing to listen when Alfred promises that they have determined what happened. They bring Razzy back to the same spot and water gushes from the ground after a couple of minutes. Razzy gets soaked again, but he's in a much better mood this time and finds it amusing. Alfred reveals that it was a cold water geyser spraying him, not someone playing a mean prank. The rumbling came from the pressure against the surface. He brought Razzy back, having used the video and the information he looked up to determine when the next one would occur. He demonstrates this when in a matter of seconds another two shoot out.

Milo gives Razzy the now modified camera, and Razzy decides to resume filming after he can change back into his clothing. In his review, he decides to give Gnarly Woods an even higher rating than three stars; he's decided to give it four stars.
